TRAINER - Job Duties: You set your own hours. The more you work at a productive level the more money you make. Usually it is a minimum of 15 hours per week but there can be exceptions, check with your manager. Deliver what is promised at the point of sale. Design resistance, cardio and nutrition program, take body measurements. Change the program at least every 3 to 4 weeks so the body will not plateau. Also hold the clients accountable and motivate them to accomplish their goals. Help the club set intro appointments, sell training packages, be a teammate to other employees and help them whenever needed. Build great relations with all gym staff members including front desk employees.
HEAD TRAINER - Job Duties: Duties are the same as a Trainer, plus you are expected to have more of a leadership role in your gym. Hold fitness and nutrition seminars for employees and gym members. Your personal sales will be held to a higher standard than a trainer.
FITNESS DIRECTOR - Job Duties: Duties are the same as a Head Trainer, plus you are expected to have a leadership role in your district. Conduct fitness and nutrition seminars for all employees in the district. Your will be considered part of the district management team.
ASSISTANT MANAGER (AM) - Job Duties: Duties are primarily to set intro appointments, sell training, and help manage trainers. You will be expected to be on all conference calls that the General Manager is scheduled for. The AM position is used to train an employee to become a General Manager, but in some cases it is used as a long-term position.
GENERAL MANAGER (GM) - Job Duties: Duties are mostly to set intro appointments, sell training, and manage staff. Hold the trainers accountable to what we promise at the point of sale. Make sure that the staff is on-time and acts professionally. You will be expected to be on conference calls that will be determined by your manager. You will be expected to be at certain scheduled meetings. You are responsible for the production folder and its contents. You are the leader of your club, for our company. Treat it like it is your own business. Take pride in your business.
FIELDS OPERATIONS MANAGER (FOM) - Job Duties: You are considered upper management with this position. Your primary job is to supervise the operations at club level for your district. Everything from production, paperwork, customer service, delinquents & office organization. You will be expected to hold all staff to corporate office standards and protocols. You also are required to be on conference calls. You are an extension of the corporate office. You help cover clubs that have a GM out for any reason.
SENIOR GENERAL MANAGER (SGM) - Job Duties: You are considered upper management with this position. You will still have your own personal club to run, just like a GM but you will also supervise 1 to 2 other clubs. You will bonus off of the total goal of those clubs. You will still be on GM conference calls plus upper management calls as well. Build and maintain great gym relations with all gym staff including upper management and gym owners. You will be expected to be a leader in your district. If there is not an AS or DM, then you are the primary leader for the market.
AREA SUPERVISOR (AS) - Job Duties: Your primary job is to supervise sales, AMs, GMs, SGMs, Trainers, operations for all of your clubs. You will have a close relationship with the upper management of our company and the gym's staff as well. You are a leader of the district. If there is not DM then you are the primary leader for the market.
DISTRICT MANAGER (DM) - Job Duties: You are the main leader of the market. Your primary job is to supervise sales, all staff in the market, and make sure operations are correct for all your clubs. You will have a close relationship with the upper management of our company and the gym's side as well. You will be directly responsible for your market's performance from sales to customer service to gym relations, etc.
REGIONAL VICE PRESIDENT (RVP) - Job Duties: This position is the highest position in the field. This person is responsible for several markets. This person answers to the Executive management at corporate office.
